Yeah! That is weird that Yeti doesnβt have the SHL outfit! But no, it is not because of the Sugar stars! Palash got Sugar stars in his level too (pg:1). But, Yeti is as supposed to be!

You just need to find a normal level and a super hard level in the same episode and win both with three stars. Make sure both levels are higher than level 255.
