All my inventory are gone after I reinstalled the candy card saga app on my iPhone help please

Hi @osaretin326 , how do you back up your iPhone? Do you have it backed up automatically to the iCloud? If so, then you can reinstall an earlier version of your phone back-up from before you reinstalled the Candy Crush Saga. However if you needed to reinstall the game because the app wasn’t working then it won’t do you any good.
The iCloud storage works well when you are switching to a new phone. You just make sure you have backed up your phone to the iCloud and then download the back-up to your new phone and you should still have all your boosters and lives. 😊🐨💕

You are not finding any of your inventory because of the reinstallation!
Only our level progress and the Gold bars are saved to King Servers, because of which, they stay intact across all the devices we use!
Whereas the boosters and lives are stored to device local memory, which will be deleted when we delete the App!
By any chance, did you backup your game to iCloud? If so, you should be able to get back everything back into the game!
