Hey everyone,
I’ve been playing Candy Crush for a while now, and I’ve noticed something odd with the animation when the striped candies activate. There are often weird square shapes that show up in the light beams sweeping across the screen. I’m not sure if this is a bug or if it’s supposed to look that way, but it seems off.
Has anyone else noticed this? I play Candy Crush Soda too, and the animation for the striped candies there looks way smoother and more polished. Would be great if the devs could take a look at this!
What do you all think?
Haha… I don't mean the chocolate, look at the rays of light.
Ah! LOL In that case yeah, you could be right, because it looks a bit messy, not really meant to be that way. Good job by the way to catch these moments in a screenshot. 🤩
Ah! 🤭The light. Yep, I see the square shapes. Bit strange indeed.
They have been updating some of the effects. Those look like background animations and the animations that should be on top are missing.
Yes but this have been for almost a year...
For a year? Ya likely won't ever see a fix then in all honesty.
Also since you mentioned the long time frame it is likely just a graphical oddity due to a combination of your graphics card, drivers, OS, device etc. Windows for example has some issues seeing "edges" of animations and such.
Might get fixed but very unlikely.
