iPhone 1.286.1.1 greyed out when online

when launching the app - it works fine until it reaches the regular screen with the various levels. Then it is greyed out and the app is stuck.
however if I’m offline - things work OK (levels can be played - no issue)
I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it (and lost various things) but it’s still stuck
I can’t think of anything else to do

I am sorry to hear about the Grey screen glitch in your game! I am also sorry to know that you have uninstalled the game to get rid of this glitch, which didn't work😕
Nobody knows why this Grey screen occurs in some players' games and what to do to clear that!! Complaints about this glitch started few months ago and it always disappears by itself. For some players - it cleared in a day or two, and for some players, it took a week!! I am not sure, in which group your game will fall into😲If you have access to another device, please check if you can play the game on it (normally, you won't be able to as that device also will be affected by this Grey screen)!!
If you can, please continue playing offline! But, some of the features like Daily Treat Machine, Chocolate Box, etc., won't work when we are off-line! OR you have to give it a pause and check everyday if the grey screen is cleared!!
You can send a complaint to the King Player Support team directly from your game! Not sure if that screen will be visible ore greyed out!! But, I am sure that by the time you hear back from an agent, the glitch will be resolved👍️
