Did you ever get that popup/hear back? You should at least be getting a reminder popup on Mondays if the vetting is still incomplete.
Yeah it's hard to say the EXACT points, since scores per level are different. But unless if you paused on one level for hours or were suddenly playing on level 15,000 ; ultimately the 'Normal flow of the game' should continue.… you'll play a variety of levels and the scores even out into a pretty predictable hourly scoring rate.
All I did was calculate your rate before you went offline. And it is vastly above the score you received. So long as you share the general offline time information with support they should be easily able to correct it. I don't think the player card comparisons are even necessary.

I believe I figured it out:
Level 1529 to 1103 = 426 levels in 7 hours 49 mins, and 1,591,200 points in 7hours 24 mins.
With the 380 levels from the last 7 hours plus some from the other 2.5 hours, I'd expect about 1.5 million more points as well, moving me to around 7.3million ish. Should be over a million over 2nd. Thanks for all the help and analysis @pmin

If you read my post, it talks about how levels have different scores. My opponent got over 1 million on 1 level completion, several times..... So showing me levels played only helps support that you weren't asleep and there's a scoring error that needs to be fixed.
Anywho....since I knew your score the moment you went offline in a screenshot, if I had a screenshot when you came back, I could multiply the differences in the numbers by 30 (well 29 but didn't want to confuse you), then add it to your final score. Otherwise the best thing I could do is give you an average scoring rate estimate for the lost time. Your scoring rate was slowing a bit, but nowhere near 50k, where it would have needed to be below the last 10 hours for you to legitimately lose. I still think low 7 million to 7.5 range, 8 million no way. Only candy crush officials can get you an exact score without that screenshot. But once updated I think there will be at least a 700k point difference between you and 2nd at minimum. It shouldn't be close

@pmin With the new player card data, it proves I played 380 levels, in the last 7 hours, between 5pm and midnight. Tomorrows player card will / should show only 2 levels in the last 7 days. Perhaps, you'd be able to calculate better now, if you could please. Thanks for the help!

Just removing this evidence response, I'm continually trying to not upset the omnipotent King. But that exploit should be fixed, 100k cap per level during a tourney would easily do it. People make fun of me for Crushing it, then they make even more fun when I get upset over someone trying to manipulate a tourney... I just want to play a fun fair competitive game.
I'll confirm that I retroactively got the 30x bonus for offline play, but I only went offline maybe twice all tournament for 5 minutes testing it, no long extended periods (there might be a time limit). But also the common go-to excuse for large point jumps by other players that customer support would give was "They were playing offline" meaning that the 30x bonus for offline play was understood to be retroactive by them. You can't make a large jump without that 30x for new level bonus.
The rules themselves state you will be given the bonus for new levels and that you will be given your points when coming back online. So by rule you should've received your points. Possible explanation....if you restarted your account there maybe was some weird coding thing offline where your phone memory thought that you already beat the level and shouldn't get the bonus. Different devices store data and communicate differently. Restarting accounts although borderline 4.6.8, seems to have been an acceptable play method since once at the end of the game you can't compete unless if you restart. This is merely a possible explanation for why the error occurred. Even if someone is at a low level, they are not guaranteed wins unless if using an exploit. Not even buying lots of boosters would win them the tourney. There are advantages in restarting....obviously....But it is what it is and your play seems to be the result of skillfull dedicated play.

Throughout, Finals Round 3 of the Music tournament, I periodically went offline and online for short times frames. (Nothing compared to the 9.5 hours at the end.) When I came back online, I was awarded the x30 points for the other timeframes. Sadly, when I came online with 30 minutes remaining, after the long stretch, I was not.

Thank you very much for sharing that. It does support what I thought I had worked out during the All Stars competition in spring. I ran a test on it back then and found that playing new levels offline did not award me the 30x multiplier, not at the time and not retrospectively. In fact I posted about it during All Stars to warn others. I think before the next big tournament we would need clarification on this (and of course I will test it out again in the early rounds, which is easy to do).
I would be interested to hear if you definitely found in earlier rounds that the multiplier got awarded retrospectively? In which case you were definitely cheated by the system. If this however was the first time you played offline in the tournament then it was a risky strategy to use. I would agree with you that we need clarification on this. Perhaps @QueenB you can find out if the multiplier is supposed to be applied when playing offline, or not. Players need to know this before they invest hours of gruelling play in the final rounds!
I would need the exact moment you came back from offline. Before you played another level. Simple math at that point. Yeah it's hard to say what your exact scoring rate would have been though.... the 30 minutes before heading offline, 136k/hr, but the 15:29-13:24 span roughly 200k/HR. Your overall rate was was 180k before offline.… I'll up my guesstimate to 165k/HR final stretch, you were on some juicy levels. Strong 7.4ish finish is my call. Like I said, you would've had to score less than 50k an hour to lose, which obviously wouldn't happen if you were awake.
How'd you get into the finals round 3 at 653 lol? I started in the 6000s and finished 8059 I think.

I'm gonna take you up on your offer @pmin Thankfully I took a enough screengrabs where you should be able to figure it out. Here's my player cards, more to come, currently organizing. I started finals Round 3 at level 653 and ended at 2575 or 2576. I have a leaderboard point timestamp at 24h10m left, and a level timestamp at 23h10left. I spent right over $1000 for my last 10 hour segment before the tournament end time and used it all during that offline time. (Not mentioning what I spend before :/ )
To do it accurately, I would need the exact moment. Of course that's just for your reference. Candy Crush Officials can still figure it out if you alert them. I wouldn't only just post here. I'm honestly scared to post my thorough details here and the evidence, since mine was baaaad and obvious. So I've emailed them 50 times instead. Don't want to make crush look bad for goofs or bad apples in the final finals. Your images seem fine….But still is probably best to send it to them directly. Or if you post it here ask them if it's ok. Since I know they like to announce winners and stuff.
As for your score, unless if you were just in a horrific rut, the 136k does seem accurate. Somewhere at least around 7 million should've been your score. You couldve even scored 50k an hour though and been fine.
