Hello, despite all the marketing, my account can not play and partecipate to the UFO SEASON event.
Does anybody why?
I've already contact the customer care but they gave me no answer, only automatic answers. And someone told me that the event it's just for a bounce of people not for everybody.
Is somebody even in my situation?

Are you thinking of a particular event in UFO Season? There isn’t much going on with the UFO Season except for a change in Home Screen and a special “Volcanic Panic” path with UFO theme!! The candies were also changed back to regular candies!
If you can give me more details, I will be able to assist you further.

Sorry if I am using bad english, I'm Italian!
I know what UFO SEASON is. But in my account it looks like never event exist. So not even any change in my homw scrren.
I've already made everything is possibible. Restart the game, keep it updated, restart the phone, everything. I can just play the game like no event exist.
