I have lost my progress how do I restore it

I am in process of swopping my phone. I had reached level 2021on my old phone. I don't use facebook really but have an account. I connected to this account and it said it had successfully connected. The level then went down to 0. I have switched my phone on and off and still on level 0. Any help please? I have not swopped to new phone yet?
