Hi, there is an error in level design: one part opened, pieces starts falling and instead filling it, just continue falling endlessly. You have to manually quit (break) game.

Thanks for reporting this issue and for sharing the video 🙏 We are aware of this problem and will flag the level for the team to investigate.
In the meantime, please try restarting the game and giving the level another try and it should help.

If this level gives you repeated troubles, then please could you post a screenshot to illustrate, thanks. I can't see that video mentioned above. Usually if there aren't numerous complaints about a recurring glitch like this one it only affects a few unfortunate players who carried out certain unlucky moves, so hopefully it won't happen next time you play the level. But then when there are few complaints, this also means that nothing gets done about it by King.
