By any chance, are you talking about Episode Race - which is represented by a flag in a Gold circle, and is located to the left side of the game map?
If so, is the flag missing from your game? Which device are you using to play the game? Can you post a screenshot of your game map?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
