Hi there, is anyone else still having issues with their chocolate box?

    You can send a complaint to the support team through the game settings and explain the problem

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    It always tells me to claim my chocolate box, but when I click on it, it says there's a connection issue 🤷 I've uninstalled it but still having the same problem. It happens between every game... So frustrating!! It's been like that for months.

    I would suggest you to send a complaint to King Player Support team⬇️

    ** If you are playing the game on a computer - Facebook browser version, please use this link to send your complaint —> Contact us

    ** If you are using mobile device OR the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow below steps⬇️

    • Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
    • Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
    • Scroll down to "Connection & technical issues" and click on it;
    • Look for an appropriate option and click on it;
    • Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
    • Fill the form and Submit your complaint.

    You will be receiving an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm! Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can. A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case. You should hear back from them within 72 hours (max)! If you did not receive any reply within 48 hours, please send another reply and remind them that you are still waiting for their assistance.

    Contacting King Player Support team is a time consuming (and patience testing) process! The key is not to give up and be patient & persistent😉😍
