Hello I have been trying for about a week to purchase on candy crush I have cleared cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the game but still no luck, can somebody help please

I agree this sounds like an issue with your payment account in general then, nothing to do specifically with Candy Crush. So it's really unfortunate you uninstalled and reinstalled the game, that won't help in such an instant you you'll have lost any boosters you had.
So are you using Google play to make the purchase then? If so their live chat would be the best ones to contact. But the declining message like has been been said is important.
What message do you receive when the purchase is declined?
After I have chose payment card and finger recognition there is money in the account but it just won't work, I am using my android phone
What stage of the purchase is the interruption occurring at? Also what type of device are you using?
