In candy crush saga I have not been able to get new lives for2 weeks. I have no timer appearing next to 20/20. It is suppose to be updated every midnight? Any help appreciated. Heather

20/20 becoming 0/20 has nothing to do with getting extra lives! That number 20/20 represents the lives we can collect/accept in a day - from the lives we have received from our friends.
It becomes 0/20 when you collect all 20 lives and that resets 20/20 when the clock turns 12:00 am local time!
Unfortunately, you did not save any lives that were received from your friends! Hence, there is nothing for you to "collect" in a day!
NOTE: When you receive lives from your friends, the number you see in the center (0/200) will change😉
Please make friends with as many players as you can and ask them for lives. Also, keep sending lives to the friends that request you.
How do I get the 20/20 down to 0/20. This will then enable me to get extra lives.
If I have to access the lives from the 20 how do I do it.

The timer appears only if you have collected all of those allowed 20 lives in a day and the number becomes 0/20!
If you do not have any lives to collect in your envelope and the number did not change, then the timer will not be activated!
But, for me to make sure, can you please post a screenshot of your Envelope - after you open it?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
