How do I stop it from kicking me back 13000 levels every time I play

every time I play it kicks me back about 13000 levels. I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app. because it constantly locked up or didn’t give rewards. Now I am very near level 14000 and it kicks me back to the 900s every time I play. Takes forever to scroll forward to the correct level. I can’t play like this.
