My candy crush keeps fading and freezes

This only started yesterday . I’ve done all the steps on here like clearing cache, everything is up to date, there’s plenty of memory on my phone. I even re-installed the app and I got 1 game and it’s done the same thing. Can anyone help?

Have you reached out to Player Support through the game app to report this? They may be able to look into your account specifically and help troubleshoot further.

To contact Player Support for connection issues in Candy Crush:

Open the game and tap on the Settings (gear icon).
Tap the ? (Help Center).
Select a topic related to your issue, like Technical Issues.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Contact Us to report the problem.

This way, they will be able to see your device details and what the issue might be.
