This only started yesterday . I’ve done all the steps on here like clearing cache, everything is up to date, there’s plenty of memory on my phone. I even re-installed the app and I got 1 game and it’s done the same thing. Can anyone help?

Hi!! My grandmother is on level 11xxx and she has all bonuses, she can play advertises and get more lives and I have only 5 lives and that's it. No challenges at all.. 😞
