I did not receive 113 bars

I did the challenge to beat x amount of levels, but my game freezed and would not let me click “collect”. I got a bad feeling that I would not receive the price, so I took a screenshot. The game was forced closed because of it freezing and the price was gone. Where can I report this to get my bars?? :(

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the Gold Bars from Candy Royale feature! That is very smart of you to take a screenshot of the Gold Bars🌟🌟

You will have to send a complaint to the King Player Support team to send a complaint and request for your missing reward. If you haven't send a complaint before, can you please tell me which device you are using, so that, I can send you the steps to follow?
