Why can't I personalize my candy crush by putting my own profile picture?

Are you trying to change your profile picture in the game? If so, which device are you using to play the game? Are you logged into the game with Facebook or King account?
If you recently started playing and saved the game with King account, it is not possible to change your profile picture, as the King team disabled the feature. It might come back sometime in the future, but, we don't know when!!
I would suggest you to download one of the small King Saga games (I prefer Blossom Blast Saga) and change your picture in that game profile, as the feature is still available there (for now)!! You do not need to play that game, but just keep it for profile picture changes😉
