I am having trouble making a purchase, but I am not on FB. I just have my King account. It has been days - or longer - that I have had this issue. Is your FB issue affecting those not on FB also? Thank you in advance for your help on this.

Which device are you using to play the game and how long are you experiencing this issue? Are you trying to spend your gold bars or making a purchase with real money?

Do you see any error messages? If so, can you please post a screenshot of that error message?
