Why do I keep getting logged out

Why does Facebook keep logging me out of candy crush and changing my icon when it logs me out. Also why does it say limited Facebook when I login. After about 30 mins of game play it still has my name but a different icon that I didn’t choose and I have to sign back in to get my icon back.

Facebook asks you to log in every time you open the game because, it is a new requirement from Facebook, that was brought in beginning of this year (I think)!
You can try few steps to get rid of that message::
(1) Remove an App or game that you have added to Facebook⬇️
Tap in the top right of your Facebook page.
Scroll down and tap Settings & Privacy, then tap Settings.
Scroll down to the Permissions section and tap Apps and websites.
Tap the app or game that you want to remove.
Below the name of the app or game, tap Remove.
Log out of Facebook from all of the browsers on Device, Safari, Chrome, etc.,
Log out of the Facebook app if installed;
Restart the game and connect with Facebook - this time you should be prompted to enter your Facebook credentials.I hope to work with you
