Hi @osi4646 Welcome to the Community 🤗 There seems to be a lot of things not going as it should in the game lately. Did you contact King Player Support telling them your problem and they sent you an automated message back telling you to ask the Community, that is what normally happens. As we are all players like yourself there's not a lot we can do except tell you to contact King Player Support letting them know what happened. So if you did contact them and you got an automated reply, reply back to that explaining what happened again and hopefully you should get a proper reply. If you haven't already contacted them scroll to the bottom of this page and you should see
Click on the Contact Us and fill in all the fields. Make sure you give them the correct date, you have shown it as 15/11/24 above.
