Whenever i try to open my game got freeze. Past two days am facing this issue. Plz fix this asap.

still not resolved. Here is the screenshot for your reference. Everytime i got stuck.

I have same problem both in iPhone and iPad. I have restarted them, closed all other apps, deleted and downloaded Candy Crush again and it still freezes.
