Reinstalled game issues

Level 1
I have reinstalled CC on my new phone and logged in okay but it's set around 700 levels behind my actual level and I have to manually re-find my level every time by scrolling on through hundreds of levels.
In addition, when I complete a new level, it wants me to retry the same one or sends me right back 700 levels again.
Any idea what I need to do?
