Not sure if anyone else is experiencing the same issue but when I try to watch the ad in either of these options, I get the black screen of death and have to close/reopen CC.
I have tried several times and get the same result on each occasion.
In that it doesn’t give the black screen. It’s still broken

Hello @Carol-38. Yes completely black and I have tapped all over the screen to see if would prompt the X but nothing.
I know what you mean though - sometimes it’s a challenge in itself to find the X on an ad
I put it down to dodgey coding 🙂
Hi @Charleyfarley a few have complained about that. Is the screen completely black? I ask as I get adverts that just sit there without a timer or cross at the top and I just wait to see what happens for 30 seconds or more then the cross appears at the top that I click on to claim my booster.
