This is actually the best place to come to report these issues, here as a question in the Support forum. If a lot of others report the same issue here then the moderators will spot it and alert the community manager, who will then alert the team at King. So you have done the right thing. At weekends everything does slow down at King and in the community here though, so a fix might take some time. It always does, as you state, there are so many bugs and glitches. But yes, you've done the right thing to report it here. Perhaps you might like to add a screenshot and explain in a little more detail what is wrong with your Bakers Box, thanks.
