Hello @MarwaMourad This happens when players put the clocks or on their devices forward and then lose a level "in the future".
There is an easy fix for this: Briefly go back into "the future" , so set your date forward by more than the hours shown (more than 1037 hours ahead) then check in the game to make sure it shows "full lives" and then immediately set your clock and date back to the correct time by setting it to "automatic". If you reset your lives to "full" it will always reset the internal clock so that you will receive a fresh life every half hour again.
