I'm pretty sure the super color bomb stopped working the very final round for everyone. And I don't know of any other glitches that would make you lose lives other than the app crashing. Plus in that tourney with a score like 7 mill, you can't afford to lose anyways, so lives were irrelevant. Unless if you were doing the exploit where you lose a ton on purpose then sit on a level and buy 255 extra moves over and over.... I lost 2 levels the entire final round. Anyways the super color bomb has been an excuse for losing, stopped working for me and I still got 7.2 and took 3 hours or so off. Only valid excuse in my opinion would be if the person in your bracket very clearly cheated, or if your 30x stopped working.
This happened to me many times too. There was so many glitches that made me lose boosters or lives.

i was in top 4 i think . but i gave up once lead was going out of control , 2Nd round I had huge lead , 3rd round when booster stopped working it was like no catching up , constant 8 hours even was not helping , people take it on heart 🤭, but it’s good that it’s healthy competitions are happening , I been playing since candy crush lunched . For me it’s more then competition, but it breaks ur heart when u try hard and lose 🤪
Hey Christine, promising bit of news/evidence I found (doesn't have anything to do with me)....But if someone wins a round 2, the round completes, but they're auto DQ'd before round 3 begins, they do in fact promote runner-ups. I know that was a complaint of previous round runner-ups, that a cheater knocked them out.…but I can confirm that so long as the system catches and boots them before the next round, the next in line is promoted. Probably isn't perfect, but it's nice to see it's working some.
Well if you finished near the top, still a chance you might win if someone is disqualified. But if you finished far down, chances are unlikely.
Yes it was top of person first spot , I was so disappointed . it was last 3rd knockout , 2nd knockout I had 10.000 lead , yes colour bomb stooped in beginning of 3rd knockout , don’t remember the final score now , i was like heart broken . 2 nd time it happened with me . 3 sleepless nights makes u zombie 😂
Was this the final 6th round with the Music Season pass visible at the top for the person in the #1 spot? Or was it gold at the 3 spots? If it was the right tourney, sorry to hear about your issue. What booster stopped working for you? The Super Color Bomb stopped working for almost everyone halfway through that round. Do you remember what the final score was in your group?
made it till last knockout , unfortunately my booster stopped working and other person took the lead , 3 sleepless nights . I sent message to look into but automated response came back 😐

Ugh, so close!!! Yeah I got 7.2, other group, but I took several hours off since I was down millions....my score likely woulda topped 7.7, near Verissa, but still very solid score by you. 7's seemed to be the top legit scores. I'm only missing 1 group's final score now, so thanks for that

There were 2 prizes so it was the top 2 in each group. I heard back saying they are still vetting and it’s been delayed.
Congrats D, did you actually finish 2nd at the end? Seems like it was close, drew likely got 7.2 mill based on his scoring. But scores jumped sometimes at the end, so need to be sure you actually finished 2nd. And have you been receiving popups on Mondays, including yesterday? Lots of winners didn't receive pop ups requesting contact info, but Candy Crush should already have that from your signup.... As for the popup yesterday, I know some android users didn't receive it. They extended the vetting/verification with no set date.
Christine, 1st in each group gets a grand prize, 2nd place gets a $2k ticketmaster runner-up prize. 20 winners total in the tournament. But you both edited your comments… so maybe he was saying he thought he got a sound passport initially.
And I've got no clue why it's taking this long....only thing I can think of is marketing reasons.
Hello @DdasNeves What makes you think you were a winner if you got only second place? The screenshot reads "Reach the top position to win the sweet sound passport" and you missed out on top position.Officially the winners would be those in first place. There were ten finals groups and there was one winner from each of these ten groups. This does however not necessarily mean that the first placed player would automatically win the prize as there is a vetting system to ensure that each winner followed the rules of the event. However if you finished in second place and have not been contacted by King by now then I am afraid this must mean the the first placed person in your group legitimately won the tournament.
when will we hear about the winners. I got second in my group and I never received a pop up or notification. I thought winners would be notified by November 11
I can't believe you are still waiting and they haven't sorted it by now. This does not bode well for the next big tournament. Good luck and hope you'll eventually receive good news.
I think I saw your group, someone posted you in the lead early on but I didn't see how it finished. Yeah I usually get a popup every Monday, but then I did that Android update this last week and now no more pop-ups.... Had a feeling the update would unsync me from the tourney. A few android users say they're having this issue. But no clue on when verification will be done, when it is done I hear they usually contact you via email. Then they probably send an oompa loompa or something to pick you up and bring you to hq.
I got a popup today that said “We're busy verifying. Our verification process is taking longer than expected. Our 20 winners will be revealed soon!”

Since the new update I think today as it looks a bit different, every time I play a level a booster gets taken automatically it checkmarks itself anyone else noticed this?
