I've lost my promotion

At level 882 I lost all my bonuses and the
Supercharged. The reason was that I was told there were no possible combinations. Now I've lost everything and I don't even feel like playing anymore.

A combination of win streak and starting boosters will risk blocking the only possible first moves for this level. Why aren't they blocked @QueenB ? This problem is so simple to fix: Put locks on starting boosters or let them drop with one move delay.
