After Candy Race that had disappeared for some days, now Candy Royal has disappeared, again in only two months period! It appears once every 3-4 days and then re-disappears. Does anyone have the same problem, again?
It's been almost a month already. Candy Royal has not been fixed for my account. I get to play it almost 2 times a week. I still get the weekend race pop up advertisement, however I get to play at most one day. It is extremely infuriating, the constant bugs, the slow fixes and the total luck of communication or ability to address someone about the problem. I ve almost stopped playing waiting for the problem to get fixed (level 16611 currently). I won't be starting any time soon, unless the game returns to normal and the problem is fixed, since it's again one more move to such our gold dry and not giving back.
2 weeks later, the problem still lingers. And to rub salt to the wound, I get the pop up message of 2X Candy Royal for the weekend, while Candy Royal hasn't been fixed for almost half a month!
I am sure there is nothing wrong with your device. As far as I am concern, this is normal. It comes and goes as it wishes. I didn't have it for quite a while. Anyway, I don't miss it.
Did you win the gold bars every time you play Candy Royale? Haha, maybe that's why.
I 've always had the latest update of the game, android device. Till now, 6 days later, the problem hasn't been resolved. Since Thursday, I have had the chance to play Candy Royal once!

I have no idea about this game that much
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
I just logged in the game with my account from different device but i lost all my boosters, why?
