Hi @SimoneNava1972 Welcome to the Community 🤗 Sadly there have been many posts saying the same as you. I take it you emailed King Player Support and they sent you an automated reply telling you to join and ask the Community. Unfortunately as we are all players like yourself this isn't something we can put right for you. All you can do is email King Player Support and when you get the automated reply, reply back to that explaining the problem again. I'm not sure they will give you your gold bars but it's worth a try. Now you are in the Community have a read of other posts, you will see what others are saying and you might want to join in. Good luck with your game and if you have any more questions or need help with your game please ask and someone will try and help 😉
What did the email from King Support say @SimoneNava1972 was it to join and ask the Community. If so you need to reply back to that email, explaining the problem again, and ask if they can put the gold in your game. I don't know if they can/will but it's worth asking. With the millions of players and things going wrong, I should imagine King Player Support are receiving a lot of emails, so you need to be persistent. Good luck hope it gets sorted 🤞
