Hi @ashraful98 Welcome to the Community 🤗 I'm sorry to say there have been many posts saying the same as you. There must be a problem with the King system, but I'm sure with all the emails they must have received they should know and be trying to fix it. We are all players like yourself in the Community, so unfortunately we can't put it right or give you gold bars, wish we could. The only thing you can try is to email King Player Support. When you get the automated reply telling you to join and ask the Community reply back to that explaining again what the problem is. I don't know if they can/will give you the gold bars but it's worth a try. Now you've joined the Community please read other posts you may pick up a few tips and you might like to join in. Good luck with your game and if you have any questions or need help with your game please ask and someone will try and help 😉
