Devolver el pase de temporada o compensad los 4.99€ de la compra. Ya me ha pasado varias veces. Incluso también no recibir recompensa por llegar primero en la carrera.

The advice from QueenB has now changed: Don't contact Support but apparently the missing rewards you paid for will be automatically added to your game. Check this thread for updates:
