Problem with level 13726????
I just played level 13726 and I reached all goals so I won. But unfortunately the dragon was unexpectedly stuck, without any obstacle and didn't fall. There wasn't something for me to do. I suppose it is a bug or something like that. Could you please check, because I gave coins in order to gain more moves and pass this very difficult level, and now I will have to try again. It's sad...

I have just encountered the exact same thing….. now I'm stuck since I've just used up all my boosters trying to win it, but it does not work, no matter how hard I try…..

Thanks for this useful illustration @Ccallstars . I note that on this level there are yellow candies! Always when you see yellow candies and dragons on the same starting board players must be aware to NOT remove the yellow candies by playing a double colour bomb as a first move. Such levels often result in an impossible to pass situation if the yellow candies are destroyed and this is another one of those levels. There is a set sequence to be played in those yellow candy + dragon levels. In this level players are meant to use the colour bombs that drop to remove the candies of all the other colours until the dragons drop, then the yellow candies will automatically match and release the liquorice. If you mess with that sequence you have lost the level and have to start again. This is definitely not a glitch, but part of the level design.
Do not use a double colour bomb or party popper on this level!!!

I passed this level recently, and I have a few things to add. The method of using color bombs to remove candies between the dragon and the bottom yellow candy is how the level was originally meant to be played. Although the method is safe, you are unlikely to clear both sides and then clear the licorice in the allotted moves.
To pass without the extra moves, I had to use a color bomb and stripe combo to clear the entire column at once, as shown in the screenshot below.
It's a risky move, as it could lead to a falling dragon skipping the exit point and getting stuck at the bottom. It doesn't happen every time. In that position above, the dragon was released successfully, but in another similar position, on another attempt, it got stuck.
If you want to pass without the extra turns, you must take the risk. If you are prepared to spend 10 gold to pass, then remove the colors one by one using color bombs to be safe.
Definitely don't use the color bomb and wrapped candy combination, though. The bottom yellow candy may be destroyed, leaving the other two yellows without anything to match with, and you'll have to use hammers to collect them.
