I just had a nice streak ruined due to the game failing me based on “no moves” being available with my boosters on. Is there any way to fix this?

The other thing that can happen is you still have moves but the boosters break a fixed mechanic. Some levels expect a specific first move and if that does not happen then are very hard to beat.
The only way to fix it is to replay the level. As you will have lost your win streak boosters usually this will mean that you there won't be a "no possible moves" oops.
