Starting Candy Crush Saga

Been playing Candy Crush for years on a Lenovo desktop running Win10.

Now when I try to open the program, nothing happens. I tried Uninstalling to reinstall.

After taking the option to uninstall, I see no progress and get no notification. When I try to install the Windows version from the Microsoft site, I get the following error:

0x80073CF9. Also, I can't find an executable in File Explorer.
