Hello, you are little bit ahead of yourself asking this!
But I have gathered a lot of experience with All Stars in the past two years, so yes, I can shed some light on this:
First and foremost you would have to make sure you are a good enough player: To get to the stage where you would be invited to travel to the finals you would have to be able to pass an episode in about 20 minutes and play like that for 24 hours non-stop. That is what is required to stand a chance to get to the top of one of the final 10 leaderboards. There are several rounds to go through first which also require hours of non-stop crushing at a speed of three episodes per hour or better.
Secondly you have to live in one of the countries included in the tournament. In the past two years those were restricted to the United States, Europe, Canada and Brazil and if you lived in Brazil you would have needed to miraculously get a visa at two weeks notice,
Thirdly you have to not use any cheats, no tricks, and carefully read and adhere to all the Terms and Conditions. Any suspicious players are now hunted down by King's bots and at the end of the competition King choose one player from the top of each of the finals groups who they trust played fairly. These ten people will need to make sure they have all the necessary travel documents and are able to travel. If they don't, King will offer the place to another player who does.
I hope this answers your question. Remember there are millions of players entering such a competition, and unless you are a very fast, experienced player chances of winning it are much less than if you were to play your country's national lottery. In fact for anyone who can't crush one episode in 20 minutes the chance of winning All Stars is zero.
