Game freezes

I was on 19/21 levels on the climb when I tapped to purchase 5 moves for 10 bars when it froze. Not only did I lose all of my progress it also took my 10 bars. It want my connection….all other internet apps worked fine. I’m just mad I lost out on what would have been close to 200 gold bars and I lost 10 of my own that I had purchased

I have lost so many boosters and lives because of this. They will say it's your phone , internet connection, not enough GB's ect ect ect. I think they don't know what actually causes it or are too lazy too find out. Or they do it on purpose. It happens to too many other players for the excuses they give!!
