El juego me quito todos mis dulces

Hola por qué el juego me quitó todos mis dulces acumulados para seguir jugando?
No es poble que hagan eso apenas había comprado 10 piñatas, tenía 14 manitas, 18 piruetas, 69 bombas de colores, 60 peces, 40 dulces y mas.
Ahora resulta que abro el juego para jugar 15 niveles y ya no tengo ningún dulce quien puede ayudarme para recuperar mis dulces.

Hello and welcome to the community. This has never happened to me. Did you at any time uninstall the app? Did you log out of the game and play a different account on the same device? Have you started the game on a new phone?
If this is the same phone you had your boosters on and you paid money for any of the boosters you lost try contact Player Support. They don't have any record of our boosters but they may give you some compensation for your loss if you bought them from from the shop.
