You must remove the magic mixer because it sits at the spot where the dragon spawns.
To destroy the magic mixer, create as many striped candies and striped and wrapped combos as you can just below it. The dragon will drop if you hit the magic mixer five times. Every time you hit it, one of the four screws in the corners comes out. After removing all four screws, it will require one more hit to destroy it. It is possible to hit it with a lollipop hammer, too, if you have one.
