The game ask me to connect to FB to save my stages, but after I did itm my level is now 291, before it was 1841; how I can go back to my level 1841?

I signed into Facebook to save my progress while playing candy crush friends and lost all progress. It took me back to level 1.

I have lost my all progress, when i try to connect with my facebook acoount. I tried to fix but it didnt work. I am not sure about which lvl i was, but it has to be something like 1560. Could you please help me to fix this.

hi all. i’m seeking help on behalf of my father who is an old man who just love playing candy crush. but he accidentally logged in to facebook and lost all his progress. it’s about level 2000+++ and he is so sad that he lost everything. he doesn’t have a king account too. just his good ol iphone.

can someone tell tell me what can i do to help my father to restore his progress?

Two months ago, i've tried to save my game progress, so I try to syncronize the game with facebook. Now I am on the first level, i was at level 1881. After that happened, i contacted with king care. They told me this:

If you've never backed up your game progress then you'll need our Customer Care team to help get you back on track. Before contacting us please reopen the game and create a Kingdom account by following these steps:
- Start by tapping the Settings button down in the bottom left-hand corner of the game's home screen.
- Tap the Cogwheel followed by the orange and yellow Kingdom icon.
- Choose your avatar and nickname.
- Enter your email address and choose a password.
- Now go back to the game play one level.

After doing these steps please reply back to this email and let us know what level you were previously on. We'll be able to restore your game progress but this process overrides all your previous high scores. All your previously saved boosters and extra lives will also unfortunately be lost.

After, i did everything what they told. I send reply back the datas several times, but nothing happened.

Can anyone tell me what else I can do?

hi @TRICIA4955 check your levels 4221 to 4265 there no level number,So the levels are not safe

Was asked if I wanted to save my progress by connecting to facebook. Hadn't done that in years and thought that if it logged in, it would save it. Instead it "synched" with facebook and took me down from around level 3400 to 1100.

Is there anything I can do to get back to where I was?

hi @jschiano114If you have passed the level without internet, then they are not expected to return.I think you logout or uninstalled after passing without facebook connection

@Engel999 Form Choose the game you choose the one you are playing, Candy Crush Saga in this case. From Choose the topic you can choose Problems with my game. Note that you will first get authomatic response. After that please reply the mail and explain why you are writing and someone will reach to you as soon as they are available.

Ads like Temu , Zeekr...are horrible
