I don't know about the chest because I don't know which one you're talking about. About the season/episode race, it starts from the second level of every episode. But I don't know if it works in offline mode. I always connect to the Internet when I play the game. So, make sure that you're connected to the Internet when you play the game.

There are so many problems at the moment @buffyseven but King just don't seem to be taking any of it seriously.
