My chocolate box won't advance to next level. I've collected the 235 packets, tried to change it, nothing.
It's been over a month.
Hi and welcome to our friendly community. I just wanted to ask a few questions first- You are talking about the event with the 4 different chocolate boxes and each box has 4 different tasks correct?
So is the issue you have collected all the items for one of the chocolate boxes and it won’t award your prizes and then give you the next chocolate box or is the issue that you have completed one of the 4 tasks and it won’t advance you to the next task in the box?
It would be very helpful if you could take a picture/screenshot showing what the issue is.
Also what device are you playing on? Is your game have the latest version? Have you tried exiting the game and turning your device off for 10-15 seconds (rebooting your device). Also clearing your cache on your device can also sometimes help.
