i made the mistake of purchasing some gold bars and all my levels are super hard, i have no more ads or bonuses. Why did they ruin the game?

stupid game freezes up every 5 minutes, They keep changing the rules. Make it harder and harder. Going to delete this crap. Stupid greedy ba tard tooos.
Yup, once you spend real cash no more free stuff. I had to uninstall the game and started a fresh game. Around level 1100 ads came back.
this same canned answer you are giving everyone doesn’t help. Literally ruined one of my favorite games. Stuck on the same level forever. Going to quit the game if this doesn’t get fixed

Unfortunately ads, event's and bonuses are not a permanent feature in all our games it can feel as though they are if you have been lucky enough to receive them for a long time
They are not rolled out to everyone at the same time so from time to time our studio will perform a reshuffle it will be nothing to do with your purchase

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
