Do you mean the frog?
You have to feed it, so you can move it.
If you have a colour bomb: use it for the colour of the frog and it will feed on that.
You can also use the frog like a normal candy until it's ready to be moved.
In this level you should move the frog to get the 3 toffees in the left corner.1
