I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
It is normal to not have any boosters in your new iPad game, as you have just installed the game on it and the boosters and lives won't be synced across the devices. Only the level progress and Gold Bars synced throughout the devices you use!
But, I am not sure why the boosters disappeared from your old phone🤔 Did you achieve those boosters in various events and through booster wheel OR did you purchase those with real money?
