You could try to reinstall the game from the Microsoft Store the Playstore or the App Store and see if that helps. It's ok to do this since your progress in CC is saved, so after you've logged in again you can see the list of levels in CC at the height of the level you have been playing the last time. I hope this helps! If you are playing on Facebook, this could be different, because CC doesn't perform the way it should there at the moment. King is working to solve the problem.
