I play on my desktop through Facebook as I have for years. I lost everything, can anyone help?

I'm sorry to hear you've lost your progress and Gold Bars. It seems to me you've simply logged out of your Facebook account. This should be fixable by logging into it again.
I can see that you also play on an iOS device. Please follow these steps by using your Facebook email address on your iOS device and you should see your progress and Gold Bars back: cj*ow*r7*@gmail.com
After this, you should see your progress and Gold Bars back. Regarding playing on Facebook, the process is the same. Simply login with this email address into your Facebook account and everything should be back to normal.

Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your Facebook account in the game, Play any level and the Gold Bars and Levels should reload in your game.
If the Levels and Gold Bars still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.

I finished the candy crush royal with 22 straight wins but I didn’t get the 280 gold what should I do. I contacted support but they sent me here.
I had the Super Color Ball and was on level 14612 (approx) and I never lost it but after playing for a while, it disappeared.
