Games become s unresponsive and I loose progress

Question

had the ball, was winning. Was going to watch advertisement to get extra moves and the game became unresponsive. I loose all progress, happened now on 3 or 4 occasions. Really frustrating and unfair.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you have been experiencing an issue with the Ad videos!

I do not have Ads in my Candy Crush but, in another King Saga game and I too experience this same glitch!  So, I know how frustrating it can be🙃

Whenever we experience issues with the Ads, all we can do is send a complaint to the King Player Support team.  Please follow below steps to report the Ads⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
* In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
* The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
* Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
