I am sorry! I understand that you are experiencing couple of issues in your game! But, can you please provide more details and explain the issues for me to understand what's going on?
(1) What is level 23/25? Were you talking about Candy Royale event? If so, did the timer expired before you finished all 25 levels that are needed for you to get the prize?
(2) Which level are you playing, that is ending before it started? Can you show a screenshot of it?
