Hi there and welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to see that those three red candies did not get collected on your level, preventing the Gummi Dragon from falling down. For issues like this, please ensure that you are running the latest app version of the game and that your device operating system is also updated, try clearing your app's cache and restart the game. This possible fixes doesn't help, this is from the game instead.
I'm called unfinished cascades glitch as the glitch was never fixed after transaction to html5

I think what the Game Expert is trying to say is that you were not supposed to pass this level and the fact that the game dropped you candies to allow that winning red match at the bottom was an error in the coding for this level, a glitch that needs to be fixed. That is pretty well an admission that the boards are rigged to fail. Not that we didn't know that already, of course.
