Reinstalled Candy Crush Saga on Iphone and now soo slow

I reinstalled the game on my iphone because game kept freezing with video ads. And NOW the game is SOO SLOW I can't bear to play. Still plays fast on my ipad and computer but on my iphone it's PAINFULLY SLOW!!!! Oh yes, I have the two arrows selected and it's still SOOO SLOW!!!! HELP PLEASE!!!

Can you please check which version of the game App do you have right now?

Also, is the iOS on your phone updated to the latest version? How much free space do you have on your phone?

The other features of the game seem to be moving quickly (normally) but the play is like molasses. I switch between one arrow and two arrows and it's like switching between molasses and honey. So SLOWWWWW!!

Just certain ads, so I think it was a mistake to reinstall. I'm using iPhone 15 pro max. Not sure if the other features are working normally. Any thoughts?

I am sorry to hear that you have reinstalled the game because of the freezing Ads!

Just for my clarification! Was it all the Ads or some selected ones that were freezing? If it is only a few, that might not have been an issue on your device but the Ad(s) itself! I receive Ads in a different King Saga game and only certain Ads freeze (all the time)!!

For the issue you are experiencing in your game - is it while playing a level or with other features too? As in Daily Treat machine, Booster wheel, etc., features and other pop-ups?

Can you give me the specs of your iPhone?

The only thing that I can think of is check for updates on your phone. I never unistall the game on my mobile phone as it never seems to help and I lose all my boosters. I just wait when my mobile phone is not working correctly. I have not unistalled the game on my phone for almost 2 years which is when I got my phone and originally installed Candy Crush Saga on it. My mobile phone is only mobile device that I have. ฅ՞•ﻌ•՞ฅ
