Why are the levels so freaking hard?!
I'm on level 1150 and the further I get in the game, the harder the levels get. It's literally IMPOSSIBLE to advance without spending money. Even the "easy" levels aren't easy. I used to be able to fly through the levels without spending a dime. I just spent almost $30 just to get past 1 level. It's ridiculous. I used to LOVE Candy Crush but it's not even fun anymore.

Are you serious? $30 to get past one level? I hope you mean 30 gold bars. I really hope you mean gold bars, not dollars. This is my advice: You only ever need 10 gold bars to get past any level. Because the game will offer you more and more extra moves up to a ridiculous 255 extra moves per level. Generally you will get a lucky board to help you pass normal "easy" levels within 5 attempts, before your lives run out. Never spend gold bars on a normal level. Never spend more than 10 gold bars on a nightmarishly hard or legendary level: replay these until the game offers you enough moves for your 10 gold.
If you really meant dollars, not gold bars, then for goodness' sake delete the app and forget about this game!
